The site has been the home of the White Horse public house since the 19th century. The current 1960's structure was built after WWII bomb damage. The development entirely reconfigures the end of the shopping parade facing Central Park. The new pub at ground floor will benefit from a generous frontage and eye-catching bay windows.

Planning permission was granted in 2016, subject to S106 agreement.
