Agenda 21 Architects Studio secured grant of planning permission (2020) for the addition of two new floors over the existing nine-storey block next to the Grade-II listed Redbridge Tube Station. As an extension of a typical 1960’s H-plan tower block, the new homes are designed to meet all the latest housing quality criteria, thus providing the opportunity to form a distinctive cap to a local landmark.
