Project: Mixed-use development, including office space and eight new homes. Size: 1,120 m² Location: London, Brent Client: Green Harvest Developments The site follows a wedge-shape at the transition between two urban typologies. The location at the end of the town centre affords a clear frontal view towards the site. The new building will be appreciated from a long distance as a book end to the street and will form a gentle gateway with the High Street. Agenda 21 Architects Studio designed the scheme and led a team of specialist consultants to support the application and overcome the many planning and urban constraints associated to this brownfield site. Planning permission granted in 2021.
