Agenda 21 Architects Studio secured grant of planning permission to develop this site in exceptional settings.

 

The approval was secured after applying a creative and proactive approach to urban design, including land swap and careful traffic analysis, to form a pleasant access to the cemetery.

 

The site is part of the East Ham Jewish Cemetery which is also a designated Green Space. The proposals include a set of modern townhouses designed to be wheelchair accessible. The new terrace is completed by 2 flats.
