Agenda 21 Architects Studio engaged positively with Redbridge Design Officers on the masterplan of a sizable portion of the Seven Kings High Road leading to the new Crossrail station. As a result, a higher density was achieved. The proposed scheme is one out of five blocks forming a new parade.

The design addresses the exposure to the noise of the railways track and the main road to the other sides. Dual aspect and generous private amenities provide generously proportioned new homes. A communal play space and terrace is provided at roof level.

Agenda 21 Architects Studio designed the scheme, leading a team of specialist consultants over a long period of consultation and achieved grant of planning permission in 2020, subject to S106.
